Three long pieces let modular arpeggios and tape echo drift at geological speed. The surfaces are soft, but never inert: tiny changes in pulse and harmonic colour keep the ambient field moving under its own weather.
How the machine enters
Aalders identifies generative compositional techniques as the framework for the album, then records analogue synthesizers and tape-delay processing into its evolving forms. He wrote, recorded and produced the music; no machine-learning claim is made.
