Four slow forests grown while nobody was watching. Analogue tones coil, flower and lose their edges across seventy-seven minutes; less a set of ambient tracks than a weather system caught deciding what shape to take.
How the machine enters
Riedl assembled the album from days-long generative sessions recorded between October 2025 and January 2026. He set analogue synthesis and drifting effects in motion, left the machines running unattended, then returned periodically to add textures or adjust settings; the released pieces are edited excerpts from those evolving systems.
